Appearance: Tall, well muscled, bald on the top, short brown hair around the edges, prominent mustache that goes to the edge of the mouth, olive skin, brown eyes, a noticeable scar on his right arm, overall friendly countenance

Wearing: an off-white, short sleeved shirt, brown breaches, and well worn shoes.

Voice: Slightly high pitched, mild Scottish accent on some words.

Quirks: Rests his hand on something the players cannot see below the bar when he doesn't have anything to do with them. If anyone causes trouble, he immediately produces a large, ready to shoot crossbow and asks them "Have you considered the consequences of what you are doing there?"

Motives: He deeply believes that adventurers make the world a better place overall, and because of this he makes his Bar/Inn a good place for adventurers to stay, and never overcharges them or lies to them. He tries to makes friends with each one that comes through and is well-connected with adventurers in the area. He tends to know about issues in the area through his many acquaintances. 

Items of Note: Harvey is the owner of the Blazing Lion Inn (and the associated bar). He also has a crossbow which he uses to defend his in and keep the adventures in it from causing trouble.

Additional Description: if Harvey is ever attacked or caused grief by the party, he is capable of calling on aid from various adventurers who appreciate staying at his inn.
