He has a fair countenance, smiles broadly, and dresses neatly. Wearing: Always in the outfit of a town guard. When off duty he still wears his uniform. Voice: strong and with a slight upper crust accent. He uses larger words than a town guard would usually be expected to know, and doesn't seem to realize he is doing it.
